H1B DropBox Eligibility after Employer Change

Hi,

I have expired H1B visa with expiry date of Sep 30 2015 with Employer A. Now, I am with Employer B and need to travel to India in emergency. As per the website, I am eligible for DropBox as my previous visa is expired in the last 12 months.

I understand that, even with employer change we have go for dropbox facility for my scenario.

  1. Has anyone have this kind of scenario faced before?

  2. If so, what else difficulties one might face in this scenario?
