Hello guys…
My current I797 petition is till Aug 2021 and my last visa stamping expired in May 2020 with the same employer so I am eligible for dropbox.
I have a plan to go to India in April 2021 and get my visa stamped in dropbox. As my current petition is only till Aug 2021, Is there any chance that they might reject it or issue 221g because the validity of my petition is just 4 months from the time of stamping?
Please let me know If you guys have been in this same kind of situation before or did dropbox within a few months of the petition validity.
