H1b dopbox with last visa > 48 months

I had applied in January 2022 for visa stamping for h1b renewal and qualified for the dropbox. My last visa expired > 48 months ago, I am unsure how I qualified for dropbox even with an expired h1b for > 48 months. anyone with the same experience and stamping recently, I have my appointment in May

You may have missed the new update last year that says you may qualify for dropbox if you have hold any US visa in past.
