Hi,

While submitting h1b documents,my employer did not submitted client sow (project extended letter).Is that mandatory for h1b case approval?.If it is mandatory they will come up with RFE?

It is not mandatory. It depends upon the case. If your case warrants it, then RFE would be issued.
