H1B denied 2 years ago, can I go on tourist visa and get my h1B?

Hi,

My H1B was denied and finally revoked by USCIS after a year’s time.

I still have a valid Tourist visa till 2016. If I go on a tourist visa, can I get H1B petition filed? Is this legal?

Find an Employer who can apply a Cap-Exempt petition.

U can also travel on ur Tourist, not a problem.
