I have got visa extension denial , H1B , as i traveled outside US after filing my extension.can you let me know the next step ? I applied in Nov and traveled in Dec so my i94 had changed than what i submitted. What is the next process to resolve this.
Re file a fresh petition. Leaving the country while your extension is pending means you are self rejecting the petition.
