My employer filed client name change amendment on Aug 24th 2015, It’s more than 5 months and I haven’t received the decision yet.
Can someone help me understand what’s the usual process time for amendment approval?
On USCIS site, CSC mentions processing time as 3 months, while VSC mentions Aug 31, 2015 as the last processed date.
This year USCIS has been remarkably slow. But I think it should get processed within next few weeks.
