Hey all,I have filed H1B for this year. By Gods grace it got picked in lottery. But, from April25 till today the status is still “Name was updated”. I am not able to understand what is this status for. When asked about this, my petitioner hasn’t replied me properly Can someone please help me on this. Hope everything goes well

It is still pending and there are other petitions that are pending. There is no SLA.

You have that option and can exercise it after talking to your employer. This way you will have more clarity and can start working on H-1 sooner.
