H1b changed to F1 and now reapply H1b, do i fall into the lottery cap?

I grant my H1B status in October 2008, then i go back to school i(F1) n 2011 to 2014, i need to reapply for H1B again.

I heard that if i held H1b, 6 eyars i am not count towards the cap (i am not sure if that is true). If that is true, Oct 2014 will be my 6th year since i held H1B before. I am currently on OPT, if i apply H1b next April (2015), will i all towards the cap?
