I am in US right now. My extension is due in November. my employer is going to file the extension in July. Is it possible to change the project during the extension process pending with uscis? OR Should I need to apply for extension after changing the project?
In fact, when your company files for your extension, they need to include the projects information for the next 3 years and request H1B extension accordingly. Your attorney would know that information and apply extension considering the changes in project.
