trying to add my case to new tracker - myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
Getting below pop up to enter PIN. where can i find PIN in I797C. I can see case number, but where is PIN
You will need your case number and PIN printed in your request acknowledgment letter to complete request registration.
old tracker asks for only case number - https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/, but not give latest status.

Well, there is no PIN on I-797C, it just has case receipt number. You should click the icon “Add a paper-filed case” and then you need to enter the USCIS case receipt number, it will show the status. It should NOT ask for any PIN. If you have issues, you can call the USCIS customer service.

you are right. I was trying to add my case in wrong window.
Paper - filed case worked fine and only needed case number
