Hi All,
I have a H1B visa which was issued in year 2014. I traveled on this visa for 2 times. One in year 2015 for 5 months and another in 2016 for 2 years. I was last active on H1B status in Oct’ 2018. Now my petition is expired. I still have close to 4 years left on H1B visa am I eligible for a Cap exempt or I have to go for a fresh lottery.
Please advise.
