This is related to the question I asked earlier. GC process was not done by my employer.
Right now, I am in India. Can the Labor(PERM)/ i140 be applied when I am outside the country?
Is it possible that if they apply and if it is approved… next year if i file cap-exempt h1b do I get one year of extension?
Please clarify.
