hi,

my h1b recently got approved fro uscis andi will be getting it stamped next month.

I’ve a few queries regd the same:

  1. In case i have a H1B stamped but no project to travel to US for, can i still go to US(on dependent visa). [My husband has a valid H1, i can apply for H4]

  2. My I-797 states the validity from 1/10/2014 to 15/6/2017. Will i be stamped for the same duration?

Can someone please answer these queries.
