H1B approved with one company but old company doing transfer as well

HI there,

I have a situation where recently a company A filed for my H1B transfer and it got approved last week but i haven’t told my employer B yet that i am resigning. But now my employer B is filing for my H1B transfer as well as their company’s name has changed. Now if i put my papers today or tomorrow, can my employer B do anything with my current H1B? Will there be any issues if employer B also gets H1B approve? Appreciate any response on this.
