I have my h1b case apprpved but still hasnt received approval notice … its 1 month since the petition got approved.
When can i expect ?
One more question : what could the tentative start date for the petition approved in mid october?
if your employer/attorney don’t receive the approved petition within 30 days of approval, then they should follow-up w/ USCIS.
For approvals done later than Oct 1, the start date is the actual approval date.
