My H1B petition approved in February 2018. I am yet to go for stamping. Is there any possibility to transfer the H1B from current employer to another employer before going for stamping? Please advise.
There is still a possibility. But, they will have to file for a fresh petition or get your visa transferred.
I would it is better to take the offer and go to interview with the first job offer.
