Hi,
I have just got confirimation that my I129 has been approved and my attorney has received my documents from USCIS.
All said and done, I’ll be able to fly to US(hopefully) latest by 21st sept 2014.
Now the issue is, my company wants to send me to US right now due to some urgent work there.
Is it possible that I apply for B1 VISA right now and after coming back from US in say 2-3 weeks, apply for stamping of my H1b?
Please suggest, its kind of urgent.
Or is there anyway that I can travel to US before 21st sept 2014 on H1?
