My H1b is stamped 2 months back. But the client project got cancelled since it was acquired by a new company. No other projects in pipeline or near future which has open position there.
I have few questions regarding this.
Is it required to have SSN there for applying to any other companiesIs transfer allowed even if I did not join client project there?LCA should be changed accordingly to the new client or project right. Does this require going to stamping again?Are there any options that I can follow?Thanks in advance
