My H1b has been approved and stamped under my company ‘X’ and still I have validity till SEP 30th 2018 but due some problem, My ‘X’ is not sending me to US. Could you please suggest some suitable next steps for me to travel US.
Also I have contacted some consultancies and They are suggesting for H1b transfer and some other commitments but They are only considering stamped candidate only. For me this looks like something suspicious.
Please suggest on my above queries.
