H1B - Approval Notice not recieved yet

HI Saurabh,

My H1B got upgraded to PP and got RFE on May 28th. I submitted the documents and On 23rd June 2014 the status changed to Decision and saying "this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice".

45 days are gonna over but still its not changed to Post Decison Activity. I checked with my employer, they are saying once it changed to Post decison activity only they will send the approval notice.

How much it time it wil take USCIS to change the status and to send the approval notice. Mine was a cap exempt case. Kindly help me on this

Your case is exactly same as mine… PP, Cap Exempt and USCIS website shows it Decision…mine was approved on 27th June. Yet to receive approval notice. . I also posted my question here but didn’t get any answer… Hope someone will take a look and try to help in this regard. POST HERE if u receive approval notice
