I got my H1-B Visa in Sept2013 & it stamped after this, it got expired in Sept 2014. During this time frame I never travel to US due to some issues.
I haven’t travelled to US on any Visa.
I need to know if my case falls under recapturing status or not as it has been more than 7 years now.
