Actually I don’t see the response on the 221(g) from Company A, and also also he is not responding on my application withdraw, so now I want to go with Company B,

Could you please advise the process how the employee withdraw the h1b application.

H1B petition is employer owned so only employer can withdraw.

There are no rules that stop you from scheduling an interview for another H1B job sponsor.

Can I say the below sections while submitting the DS -160 for the new company as the first application is still pending (221(g)) and not refused. Could you please advise

Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? NO
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? NO
