My H1B application was mailed on morning of 5th April 2019. Tracker shows it was received on 6th April. My question - what do you think about my application being considered for lottery? Notification came evening of 5th April. Thanks.
Well, the H1B cap reached on April 5th. If it was not received by end of business day of Day 5, which is APril 5th, it probably will not be eligible for lottery as it was received outside of the cap filing day. You can read Guidance of H1B Lottery Acceptance
