Hi All,

Please help me to know exactly time line about my case.



My petition files last year quota FY 2014 under Regular processing



Got RFE --> denied ---> Appealed to USCIS.



 



Initial Review

On January 15, 2014, we transferred your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

 

What are chances for approval?

Chances of approval didn’t change because of this message. They are still same as before.

What would be time line for apeal decision?

What is the process for Appeal?

Anybody on same boat please?

I would agree with Saurabh and add to that. Moving the case file to local office for processing means a decision has been made. Is it positive or negative? Local offices have jurisdiction only on positive cases so…

I know the suspense is nail-biting but keep patience and hope for the best. Our good wishes are with you
