I would like to apply for H1B as well.Can I apply and what are the complications I may face? If my petition is approved, Can I attend the visa interview from Australia at US Consulate?
If you have necessary qualifications and an employer has a sponsoring job for you, then H-1 can be applied.
As you have an Australian PR, you may be able to appear for interview in Australia. Still check w/ consulate in Australia to know their official policy.
