Hi,

I got RFE for H1b amendment,so now i want to submit H1b Extension premium mode.Can i submit extension premium when rfe is in process

Sure, you can apply extend while your RFE is in pending state. Once your extension is approved, you can cancel your amendment if its in pending state at that point of time.

RFE pending means (before submission or after submission).Can you please confirm?

It doesnt matter, while your existing amendment RFE is pending, you can submit an extension.
