My H1 amendment for new location went in to RFE status for which response has been sent like 1 month back. Now due to some emergency I need to go back to India ad also will need a stamping. I hold a valid extension until 2020. My question is what is going to happen if my case gets rejected while I am in India? Will I be allowed to travel back to current lca location or will have to be prepared to fly back to my previous location? WIll there be any problem during Visa stamping or in POE? Your response is highly appreciated.
