H1B amendment in PP and RFE

I have H1B stamped for client A and location X now due to project requirements I have to go for client B and location Y. My employer has filed amendment in PP. I have to travel on urgent basis.
What are the chances that I will get the amendments done without Rfe?

It is NOT possible to provide a probability number to this. It varies from case to case. Usually amendments are trivial as long as correct documentation is submitted.
