I have a dilemma !, If under current company A there is new assignment for which new H1B Amendment is to be filled in mean time if I can do H1B transfer to Company B.
a) Can both H1B Amendment and Transfer be filled simultaneously?If Yes : Does it have chances on RFE,
b) What could be done first to be on safer side?
