i was on L1B frm nov 09 to dec 2012 and i applied for h1b on june 5th 2012 and its in intial review…i got yellow slip when i went for L1b bcoz i have a common muslim name and it got cleared in 2 weeks,will they do some admin process again if i go for h1b ( for same employer) ? if so how long does it takes ? based on tat i can upgrade to PP… Please advice…
