Hi Guys,
Since i have B1 visa, I’m eligible for drop hence i did so.
i dropped the documents at Chennai(16sep2022), after 3 days(19Sep2022) my status has changed to “Refused” and asked to collect the passport at VFS.
when i collected it has a slip asking to attend the interview at any time, so i attended the Mumbai consulate on 29Sep2022 and interviewer gave yellow slip asking for documents like LCA and project report.
i emailed all the documents after 2 weeks and kept checking the status.
on 12Dec2022 , my last updated date changed to 12Dec2022 and status remained same.
i rechecked on 17Dec2022, and last updated date change to 15Dec2022 and status remained same.
i checked again on 21Dec2022 and last updated date change to 21Dec2022 and status remained same.
i didnt received any communication email from USCIS.
does any one faced same kind of experience, pls let me know how to proceed further
