Stamping interview given date : 12 OCT 2018
H1B petition recently got approved for 3 years and already completed 3 years in USA.i came back to india 2 years ago for personal situation and got stuck here. My petition has been approved to work from my employer’s USA Office.eventhough we have a small end client and I have showed end client letter,SOW etc. VO asked me to wait and then issued 221g blue slip with AP. Passport returned.
On 16th October, Consular official sent an email to end client asking about project details, location constrains etc. And the end client responded back around 24th October.
What if consular move forward and how do they get passport and photo for stamping?
Any ideas will help.
