My Appeal was approved on Apr 26th.

On May 3rd status changed to

Case Was Returned To USCIS By The Administrative Appeals Office
On May 3, 2018, the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) returned your case, Receipt Number WACXXXXXX, to a USCIS office for review. We will notify you of our action within 60 days of the AAO decision. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to How to Change Your Address | USCIS to give us your new mailing address.

What does it mean?

AAO has taken a decision on your case and forwarded it to USCIS for review. USCIS would review the decision and notify it in 60 days.

Mine got approved on Apr 26th and received confirmation on May 22nd.

Even I am on the same thing . H1B got rejected on October 12 and I appealed it. On November 2018.
I didn’t received my new receipt number.

Still no update.
