H1B 2016 - Regular - Status for those selected

I got my receipt notice on April 13, and still waiting. I know based on internet research that it may take up to August / September, but hope to be a bit more lucky. Is there anyone who is H1B 2016 - Regular (AD or NON-AD) that already received anything further than “My Case Was Received”?

If so - please respond with:

  • Anonimized receipt number (e.g. leave out last 2 digits)

  • Date received status

  • Date status changed to something else

  • AD or NON-AD

PS: The new tracker is horrible to find information on similar cases, it would be awesome if key data could be exported to excel so we can report on it. You can’t even sort or filter this thing.

Yes, one of my friend’s petition was approved yesterday, the status shown to him as below:

On July 1, 2015, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC151465XXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

so, do not worry. Everything will happen alright when it has to.
