the filling of h1b is done and it is going into lottery for sure… so any idea on when the dates will be declared for H1B lottery ??
and what all information is required to check the status of filled h1b ???
Lottery may happen sometime this week or early next week.
They will notify PP people first, followed by non-PP selected petition. Finally those who didn’t make through the lottery will be notified.
PP means premium \H1B is it ?? and is there a way to check if the petition is filled or not ?
PP means premium processing.
There is no way to be certain about the filing until your employer hears back about the lottery result. You will then have some proof - receipt number if selected and rejection letter if not selected.
