My H1B was picked in lottery and my attorney received the receipt number. The online case tracker still says the status as “Initial Review” but my attorney reached out to me last week stating he received RFE noticed on my case on 02nd July itself. I am currently preparing documents for response. It’s nearly end of July and still the online case status shows initial review. Any chance for this happening or anyone faced the same issue?
Yes it happened with me, Last friday my case status changes to RFE response review, I discussed with my employer he told me that early last week he got RFE on my case and he replied on that RFE. I beleive this is some technical glitch from USCIS.
