H1B 2014 Status is still Intial Review

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know what does it mean, My H1B petition(California) for 2014 still in Initial review status.
Is it still not consider for process and how long it will take normally.
Please help. Is anyone still having the same status.

It's showing like this:

Wait for few more day … it will Turn out Approval or RFE soon, Hope for the Best and best of luck to you. My status changed recently and my Application was also recieved on April 8 2013
