I got my h1b application approved for 3 years while most of my colleagues have got only for 1 yr. I just want to know is there any strategy behind the approval for petition period.
One of my frnd who has 3yrs of petition period went for stamping 2 months ago & didn’t get through the interview . what could be the possible reason, is that because he has a long petiton period? I have one more question, how long does it take to receive the hard copy of h1b approval document?
