H1B 2 second lottery eligibility

Hi all,

Two companies A and B are registered my H1B lottery and my lottery got picked for one company which A.

But unfortunately that A company didn’t filled and not processed my profile further.

My question is if there is any Second lottery for this year, the B company which is registered my name is eligible for 2nd lottery.

Please suggest.

2nd round if it happens, will draw applications from the unselected ones in the 1st round so the answer is yes.
