Hi Experts,
I have got H1B stamping on passport through employer A and it is valid till end of 2015. But I never travelled to USA and never maintained H1 status.
Now Employer B is ready to take over my H1 by filing new petition through CAP exemption. Can I Enter into USA with Employer A’s stamping & Employer B’s approved petition ?? ( OR ) Do I need to go for stamping again as I never maintained H1 status ??
