My H1 transfer with employer B got approved recently. I still have about 2 months time to join the new employer. So am planning to resign my job with current employer A then go to India for about 25-30 days and come back and join new job with employer B. I have a valid visa with employer A for another 2 years. Is there anything I need to worry about in this case? It’s like having no job during my stay in india as I already resigned job with employer A and the employment with employer B only starts after coming back from my travel. Is it ok to be without a job for that time period as mentioned above?
