I went to USA in march 2016 with consultancy firm and I worked for them only 3 months( 2montsh in Texas and 1 month denver --Denver they made amendment), I came back to India July 2016 because of disputes with employer conditions and agreements. My employer now revoked my h1b. I didnt submit my passport to cancel visa and its valid till 2018 dec
Q 1) . Can I travel USA on exiting Visa validity
If Yes, I need to do POE at Denver or Texas
Q 2) Can I do Visa transfer to other employer from INDIA.
Q 3) I came to know that premium process is suspended now. Please let me know from when it will be start again.
