My current I-94 is valid until Mar 2018 with employer A. I am going to join new employer B. My new employer B is not willing to do premium processing for the H1 transfer.
My question is if the H1 transfer takes more than March 2018, can I continue working with B beyond March while the H1 transfer is pending?
