H1 to H4 status change without pay stubs

Hi Saurabh,

I am  on H1b and I want to change my status to H4. 

 

 If my COS approved in USA H1 to H4 and I visit India, do I need to go for stamping of this H4? (I have H4 stamping on passport valid tll March 2015)
