Please help me on my situation. I’m currently on H1B on company A. My Visa is valid until Dec 2015 ie this year end. I have no plan of changing any job for now as I’m expecting Baby by January and my current company offers me 4 month Maternity Leave
There can be chance my Company doesn’t plan to Extend my H1 by End of year , IF so i plan to switch to H4 status and post my Maternity i can find new Employer who can apply for H1. IF so , will i be on CAP EXEMPT
Please help me at the earliest.
