Hello. Currently in India for H1b stamping. Can i apply for F-1 when im in india or is there a different process?. Will there be any issues during my future F-1 interview
Yes, you can apply for F1 stamping, if you have admission and I-20 and all details.
But, usually, if you had H1B status in the past, it can be tricky to get F1, the reason is you may have hard time to prove the non-immigrant intent as H1B is dual intent visa. Read below
