I have a B.com degree and working in the banking industry , non-it, for 12 yrs. Can I apply for h1 b and find a job in Usa? Are there any companies which sponsor H1 for non-it profiles?

Not to discourage you, banking is slightly difficult. Please try to find an position in USA and company that is willing to hire you, they should take care of your visa. Generally consultancies dont hire banking professionals.
