H1 petition approved but not stamped .Current employer is applying for L1.

Hi ,

I am currently in India and i have a H1B petition approved but never stamped . This H1B was applied by another employer. Now my current employer is sending me USA and is applying for L1 .

Is there any problem in L1 beacuse fo my H1 petition in approved status.

  1. Can I go for L1 stamping.

2, Is there will be problem in L1 stamping bacause of H1B petition approved .

please help !!!
