A sponsor (in USA) has recently applied for an H1 for my spouse (from India). My spouse has a valid H4 visa. If she gets picked up in the lottery and i call her here on H4 visa shortly after the results, will she have to go back to india during september-october for the H1 interview? or can she directly start working (if her petition gets approved in october)
She doesnt need to India, she can start working from Oct 1st
